Patient leadership: working together with doctors to make care better Monmouth’s Director, Mark Duman, will be leading the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management webinar at 6pm on Wednesday 18th June. Opening with different methods to frame patient and public engagement, Mark will go on to suggest ways that medics might better elicit patient views both within their practice and their practices.
Topics will include shared decision making, unwanted variation, behaviour change, information as a therapy, health literacy and moving beyond tokenism.
