Medical Community Congress – making patient centricity a reality

Mark Duman, Monmouth’s market lead for patient engagement, addressed over 50 Medical Affairs people at the Medical Community Congress in Paris today.

Mark’s session presented the results from Monmouth’s successful review of patient centricity across IPSEN UK, revealing that IPSEN have started on the path of making patient centricity a reality. The interactive session stimulated discussion and future action with IPSEN’s Global Medical Community, urging the audience to truly embrace patients as customers.

Following the session, Anne Fairey, Medical Director at Ipsen, declared “Mark is an excellent and engaging speaker who uses personal experience, professional credibility and humour to deliver a thought provoking message which will set the tone for our future discussions on patient centricity.”
